Chocolate panning is a very specialised technique of chocolate coating.
A centre (such as a nut or fruit) is coated in chocolate, literally drop by drop, until its evenly coated in perfectly smooth chocolate. It is then given a high gloss finish with vegan suitable confectioners glaze.
We pan in-house and our Panning Room is available for contracts to customers Australia wide. We will coat your product to your specifications and ratios, maintaining your brand's quality and taste.
